the workout

Crew classes are 45-minute sessions of fitness and fun featuring awesome music and motivating instructors. Our Crew alternates between rowing intervals on the rower and body-sculpting movements off of the rower. The music is motivating. The atmosphere is electric. The instructors are inspiring.

Our crew alternates between sprint intervals on the rower and challenging body weight movements off the rower, resulting in the perfect combination for shredding fat and building lean, fit bodies.
