ROW+RIDE+LIFT
ROW+RIDE+LIFT is our signature instructor-led workout combining rowing and biking intervals with strength and conditioning. You’ll move between the Concept2 rower, bike, and floor, using dumbbells and bodyweight movements to build strength and cardiovascular fitness.
Your instructor coaches you through every block, guiding you on what to do and how to make it work for you. You control your own pace and intensity, making ROW+RIDE+LIFT approachable for all fitness levels.
It’s low-impact, high-energy, and set to great music, with a welcoming community that makes showing up something to look forward to.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Absolutely! Crew Fitness is for everyone. You don’t need to be an experienced rower, cyclist, or lifter to get started.
Our instructors guide you through every workout, explain the movements, and help you find the right pace and intensity for your fitness level. Because you control your own effort, you can challenge yourself without feeling like you have to keep up with anyone else.
Whether you’re getting back into fitness, trying a boutique studio for the first time, or simply looking for a workout that fits your pace, you’ll feel right at home at Crew.
-
You can expect 45 minutes of rowing, biking, and strength exercises. We use the Concept2 rower, bike, dumbbells, and your own bodyweight.
Your instructor will explain each block, demonstrate the movements, and coach you throughout the workout.
You’ll work at your own pace and choose your own intensity, so you can make the workout as challenging as you want it to be.
-
Nope! You don’t need to be “in shape” to be part of the Crew.
Our workouts are designed so you can go at your own pace and choose your own intensity. Your instructor will coach you through the workout, offer modifications when needed, and help you make the most of your 45 minutes.
You’ll see people with different fitness levels working out side by side, each making the workout their own.

Parking is easy at Crew! We have a dedicated parking lot right outside the studio with plenty of spaces available for our Crew. No circling the block or hunting for a spot. Just park, walk in, and get ready to move.
-
Just bring yourself, water, workout clothes, and athletic shoes! We provide the towels, so there’s one less thing to pack.
If it’s your first class, arrive a little early so we can get you checked in, show you around the studio, and get you set up for your workout.
We’ll take care of the rest.
-
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before class. This gives you time to get settled and make sure everything is set up for you before we start.
We’ll help you get properly sized on the rower and bike, and if you’re new to rowing, your instructor will introduce you to the rower and walk you through the basics. We’ll also help you choose the right weights based on your experience and your coach’s recommendations.
That way, when class starts, you’re ready to move with confidence!

Both are 45-minute, instructor-led workouts, but they have a different focus.
ROW+RIDE combines rowing, biking, and strength training. You’ll move between the Concept2 rower, bike, and floor for a mix of cardio and strength work. Expect a higher-energy workout that challenges your cardiovascular fitness while building strength.
SCULPT+TONE is strength-focused with no rowing or biking. You’ll spend the full 45 minutes on the floor using dumbbells and bodyweight movements, with lighter weights, higher repetitions, and intentional tempo. The focus is on muscular endurance, stability, and balanced full-body strength.
Not sure which to choose? Try both! They complement each other and give you two different ways to train with the Crew.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. The best workout schedule is one that fits your life and that you can stick with consistently.
Some members come once or twice a week, while others come several times a week. If you’re just getting started, 1–2 classes a week is a great place to begin and build from there.
With different class focuses throughout the week, you can mix and match your workouts based on what your body and schedule need. The goal isn’t to do more, it’s to find a routine that works for you and keep showing up.
-
You can view the schedule and book your class through the Mindbody app or website. Once you’ve booked, you’re all set!
Need to change your plans? No problem. Just make sure to cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before class to avoid a late-cancel charge.
If something comes up after the 4-hour window, you can still cancel, you’ll just be subject to our late-cancel policy.
