FIT FOR LIFE expands on the Crew Fitness system with targeted training designed to improve longevity and performance across every domain:

  • Heavier lifting to build and preserve muscle mass

  • Power and speed work to sustain athleticism

  • Grip strength & balance training to protect functional ability

  • Conditioning for cardiovascular resilience that includes options for running or indoor cycling

  • Mobility + stability exercises to keep your joints strong, coordination sharp, and movement fluid for life

TRAINING FOR LONGEVITY

Training for longevity means training smart — not just hard.
This program is about building a body that’s powerful, capable, and ready for whatever life brings.
We focus on the pillars of fitness that predict healthspan: strength, endurance, power, mobility and stability.

The program trains you to excel on the FIT FOR LIFE test — ten metrics that measure how strong, stable, and functional you truly are. The higher your score on the FIT FOR LIFE test, the better we expect your quality of life to be as you age.
Your progress isn’t random; it’s measurable, trackable, and built for long-term success.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps to start:

  1. ApplySubmit your application and choose your preferred coaching frequency.

  2. Get Matched – A Crew coach will reach out to discuss goals, pricing, and scheduling.

  3. Train for Longevity – Access your program through the Crew App and start training for life.

You can complete sessions on your own — at Crew or any gym — or train directly with your Crew coach.
Remote participants can also subscribe through our app and follow the program from anywhere in the world. If you are interested in subscribing to our program, download the Crew Fitness App and subscribe.

THE FIT FOR LIFE TEST

All Fit For Life training begins with the Fit For Life Test: a 10-part assessment that reveals your strengths and weaknesses across the 5 metrics for longevity. All Fit For Life athletes will begin by completing the assessment, and the program is built to improve your scores across all 10 tests, optimizing your fitness for THE. BEST. LIFE. POSSIBLE.

PERSONAL COACHING OPTIONS

Choose your level of support.

1:1 Personal Coaching

  • Personalized coaching based on your Fit for Life test results

  • Customized feedback and performance tracking

  • Full flexibility in scheduling

Small Group Training

  • Create your own group (2–4 people).

  • Share the cost of your sessions.

  • Stay accountable and push each other toward elite results.

Both formats include direct guidance from Crew-certified trainers.

CONTRACT OPTIONS

Flexible commitment levels:

  • 1 month, 4 month, or 12 month contracts

  • Once, twice, or three times per week coaching

  • Crew Fitness members receive 20% off all coaching
