HOW IT WORKS

Three steps to get started:

  1. Apply: Submit your application and choose your preferred coaching frequency.

  2. Get Matched: A Crew coach will reach out to discuss goals, pricing, and to schedule your first 2 sessions: the Fit For Life Test: a 10-part assessment that reveals your strengths and weaknesses across the key predictors for longevity.

  3. Train: Follow the full program (3 sessions per week) at Crew, another gym, or remotely through our app.

You’ll train to improve your Fit for Life Score, the ultimate fitness benchmark for longevity. A score of 50 represents good baseline fitness. A score of 80+ is elite. And that’s our goal for you - to transform you into a well-rounded, ready-for-anything and everything human. This program will optimize your body for the strongest, longest life… and you’ll get very fit in the process!

PERSONAL COACHING OPTIONS

Choose your level of support:

  • 1:1 Personal Coaching: Tailored training with a dedicated coach. *Mobile, AL locations only*

  • Small-Group Training: Semi-private sessions (2–4 people) for accountability and cost savings. *Mobile, AL locations only*

  • Remote Subscription: Follow the program independently through the Crew app.

PRICING

There are several pricing options, based on commitment level, group structure, and Crew Fitness membership status.

  • Personal Coaching: $40–$75 per session

  • Small Group: $21–$53 per person, per session

  • Remote Subscription: $30/month via the Crew app (discounts available for Crew members)

  • Crew Members: 20% off all coaching
