Each class is 30 or 45 minutes of rowing, cycling, and strength led by expert instructors that are motivating, inspiring and fun! Your instructor guides your workout, cues each movement, offers substitutions/modifications, and encourages you to bring your best. All fitness levels welcome; you go at your pace. We always bring the energy!

What Is Crew?
Our Signature class combines rowing, cycling, and strength in one 45-minute session. Express classes pack the same energy into 30 minutes. Every class is designed so you work at your own pace, choosing weights and movements that are right for you. No competition, no judgment — just great coaching, great music, and a workout that actually works.
